Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram provides early screening, detection and referral management for the children aged between 0-18 years on the selected health conditions (4 D's- Defects at birth, Diseases in children, Deficiency conditions, Developmental Delays that includes Disabilities).

Dhanush is conducting RBSK Program in the State of Andhra Pradesh by deploying 450 Mobile Health Teams (MHT) covering a Total population of 80 Lakh Children. Each MHT consists of 2 Doctors, 2 ANMs and 1 Driver.

Service Offerings as part of Child Health Screening

• Facilitation of head to toe screening services to the children
• Deployment of required resource for screening with 2 Medical Officers (1 MBBS Doctor, 1 Ayush Doctor), 2 Staff Nurse/ ANM
• Capturing and Maintenance of Electronic Medical Records of every patient / Beneficiary
• Every child availing screening services shall be provide with the health card wherein the services of screening treatment, referral management provided shall be updated.
• Fleet Monitoring through GPS based tracking and provision of online tracking of vehicles along with GPS devise
• Creation of Geo fencing to ensure Vehicles are effectively tracked
• Maintain the database of electronic medical records of the children 0- 18 years. Online updating of child records and diagnostic reports through Tablet PC
• Development of Dynamic Dashboard for Real time monitoring of services provided will be displayed online on real time basis (Dashboard) on the website
